## ENGINEER
|
|
|
|
This full-time position is classified as Engineer. This employee will maintain and operate a variety of fire apparatus and firefighting equipment, participate in firefighting activities, fire prevention and training; perform mechanical maintenance on vehicles, equipment and apparatus; maintain the fire station and property; and perform and provide emergency medical services.
|
|
|
|
Must be 21 years or older.
|
|
|
|
### Must possess at time of application:
|
|
1. California drivers license with Firefighter endorsements
|
|
2. California First Responder certification with defib.
|
|
3. Valid CPR certification
|
|
4. ICS 200 certification
|
|
|
|
### Desirable qualifications:
|
|
1. California State Fire Marshall Firefighter One certification
|
|
2. California EMT - 1 certification with defib
|
|
3. Bilingual
|
|
4. Experience with Denair Fire Protection District
|
|
|
|

### Salary
|
|
|
|
$51,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year dependent on experience
|
